The Adventure Ambassador Voucher is our way of appreciating our valued clients. This digital card displays the discount amount (earned through the loyalty offer) and makes it easy to share with fellow adventurers. If this voucher was issued under your name, you are its owner and can share it with your family and friends so they can benefit too.

The offer can be redeemed an unlimited number of times until its expiration date.
To prevent misuse, we may request verification of the relationship between the voucher owner and the person using it.
Each individual can benefit from this offer only once during its validity.
If multiple people in a group have this voucher and wish to use it, the discounts cannot be combined, only one will apply to the final cost of the deal.

Loyalty Offer

Your loyalty is appreciated, and we’d like to present you with a reward.

If you choose our service at least once, you will enjoy a 15%* discount on your final bill for your next purchase in the same year or the following year. However, if you don’t use our service the next year, this offer will expire and you will have to start over.

For instance, if you use our service in 2024, you will receive a 15% discount on your subsequent services in 2024 and 2025. If you skip 2025 and return in 2026, this offer won’t apply to your first purchase in 2026, but you can use it for your subsequent purchases in 2026 and 2027.

This offer is applicable if:

You are purchasing our Pre-packaged tours.
You are purchasing our Full Logistical Support of your journey.
You are making a Custom Request (must include a combination of Mountain Hut use, 4WD transfer, and at least half of the meals served by us).

To make it more clear, you can’t utilize this offer by making a Mountain Hut reservation and expecting 15% off on your subsequent requests.

B2B Partnership

Agencies, climbing clubs, or other entities that are keen to collaborate with us for their client services may qualify for a 10%* discount.

This offer is applicable if:

A group of at least four tour attendees is organized (excluding the guide or representative)
You are purchasing our Pre-packaged tours.
You are purchasing our Full Logistical Support of your journey.
You are making a Custom Request.

Notice: The minimum specified group size applies to both the first-time purchase and subsequent purchases.

Annual Pass for Damavand Permit

If you serve as a mountain guide, or if you're accompanying a group as their representative or to provide assistance with language and other matters, you're only required to pay the Mount Damavand permit fee once a year**.

This means you can enjoy the subsequent trips to Mount Damavand without paying extra in same year.

* This offer applies only to services in our possession. Items such as hotels, transfers, and other services not in our possession are excluded from this offer.

** For the Damavand annual pass, the year is calculated based on the Iranian official calendar (Solar Calendar), which starts on the first day of spring.
