Meals in Mount Damavand Tours

We have listed a general selection of meals we provide during our tours. Please be aware that not all of them will be available at once, but a combination of them will be provided depending on various parameters. For example, we won't provide the traditional Iranian dish "Kabab Koobideh" for dinner at higher altitudes!

Also, you can request boiled water to fill your small insulated bottle during your journey with us.

If you follow a specific diet, we might be able to accommodate your needs with an appropriate meal. We have done this many times for those who prefer less meat in their meals.

Our Hospitality Tray may include:

Hot Beverage Sachets, Fruits, Biscuits, Cookies, Candies, Dates, Boiled water

Our meals may include these dishes/ingredients:

  • Compact Breakfast:
    Tea, Fried Egg
  • Full Breakfast:
Tea, Coffee, Boiled Eggs, Corn Flakes, Hot Milk, Butter, Honey, Jam, Cheese, Dates
  • Lunch Pack:
Ham Sandwich, Protein or Energy Bar, Biscuit, Gummies, Candies, Fruit Juice, soft drinks and other small sandwiches stuffed with cheese, dates, and some veggies to satisfy hunger and balance the body's electrolyte demand during high-energy-demanding exercise.
  • Lunch/Dinner:
Kabab Koobideh (lamb/beef meat skillfully prepared with seasonings), Joojeh Kabab (chicken meat skillfully prepared with saffron and other seasonings), Salad-e Fasl (Season Salad), Macaroni (the Iranian style), Zereshk-Polo ba Morgh (Barberry rice with chicken), Khorak-e Morgh (slowly braised chicken with boiled carrot and corn and other seasonings), Adas-Polo (Rice with Lentils), Dampokhtak (Turmeric Rice with fava beans)
