the dishes that Fuel Your Adventure

Meals in Mount Damavand Tours

We have listed a general selection of meals we provide during our tours. Please be aware that not all of them will be available at once, but a combination of them will be provided depending on various parameters. For example, we won't provide the traditional Iranian dish "Kabab Koobideh" for dinner at higher altitudes!

Also, you can request boiled water to fill your small insulated bottle during your journey with us.

If you follow a specific diet, we might be able to accommodate your needs with an appropriate meal. We have done this many times for those who prefer less meat in their meals.

Full Board vs. Half Board

Our Full Board package, in addition to the accommodation, includes everything we believe you’ll need to fuel your journey. This includes breakfast, lunch, a lunch pack, dinner, snacks, and water. The availability of these items depends on the shelter and the schedule of the program. We constantly replenish these supplies as they are consumed.

The Half Board package, in addition to the accommodation, includes only breakfast, and either lunch or dinner. The specific meal provided is based on our previously negotiated agreement with you.

Meal Requests Without Prior Reservation

While it is not our way of doing things and we don't recommend it, but in general, you can request meals without prior reservation.

However, due to mountain conditions, supplies and logistics are limited and can vary based on the season, weather, and crowd levels. Therefore, we recommend requesting your meals in advance when placing your order.

Additionally, choosing our Full Board option is more cost-effective, and our Guided Tours offer the best experience as we manage all aspects of your journey.

For more specific information about your desired shelter, please refer to the Mountain Huts page.
